Gametime Product Design

Gametime is a live events tickets marketplace. They feature a UX that gives users an interactive view of their seat, and provides an extremely quick and simple checkout flow.

My role at Gametime was focused on designing for user growth and user retention. At the beginning of my tenure there, the PM and I were tasked with increasing conversion by 5% in a quarter, which we achieved. We proceeded to design a long-term growth strategy guided by our first phase growth test results.
